印章的计算机自动识别是一项涉及图像处理、模式识别等问题的难度较大的研究课题。数字印章水印防伪是一种通过数字水印技术有效鉴别印章真伪技术，在数字印章水印防伪系统中，数字印章的配准准确与否的问题是影响系统性能好坏的关键技术之一。本毕设的研究就是基于数字印章水印系统下的数字印章配准的研究与实现。
