How to protect our eyesight
Now eyesight problem has aroused greatest concern. More and more students become short-sighted. The reason for the phenomenon are varied . On the one hand student don`t pay much attention on protect eyesight. They consider that if they have excellent grates they can achieve their purpose of learning.
There is no doubt that they are wrong. The reason is that eyesight is much important in our future life.
How to protect our eyesight? Let me enumerate the ways. Firstly students should reduce their time of reading. On the other hand when you are reading books you must find a suitable light. What`s more we should do some eye exercises and have a good rest.
Bear in mind that protecting your eyesight is equal to protecting your life. And kind consideration!
