离我们最近的是一批贫困大学生。中国扶贫基金会发布北京市14所一项调查报告，内容涉及高校春节不回家贫困大学生生活状况。根据调查，春节期间留校的大学生中，超过六成的学生是贫困大学生。在这些不能回家过年的贫困生中，有35%的人是因为没有路费。
调查结果显示，在不回家的贫困生中，超过七成的贫困生每年只回家一次，63.8%的贫困生有过年不回家的经历，更有5.1%的学生表示已经有3年没有回家过年。
贫困生不回家的原因是多方面的，想打工挣学费生活费是最主要的原因，占到69.8%，另有35%的学生是因为没有路费。在不回家的贫困大学生中，84.6%的学生每月生活费在300元以下，其中月生活费在200到300元区间的贫困生最多，约有五成。
民工又是城市中另一类弱势群体。经过一年的辛苦劳动之后，本想在春节可以回家过一个温馨的大年，可是工资却迟迟没有发下来，眼看一年的劳动就要付之东流了，于是他们走上了乞讨工资的慢慢道路。又有一些民工他们拽着一年的工资却买不到回家的车票，或者因为黑市的票价太高从而放弃了。没有车票他们回不了家，没有工作，他们只有流浪。又有一些民工留下来为城市人服务，因为过年的工资也许会高一些，也许只有留下才不被炒鱿鱼。
春节不回家的人还有蓝天下，冰山前的戍边战士;还有守护在产房，急诊室边的医护人员；还有公交车司机交警～～～
他们也许因为生活所迫不能回家，也许因为坚守职责而不能回家。我们这些可以春节回家的人要好好珍惜自己的美好时光，同时尽我们所能给他们送去温暖和敬意。
