The picture you attached indicates a communication problem between the PC and the Motherboard. Check that the cable from the PC to the MB is attached. The back of the PC should have a label saying COM1. This is where the communication cable is attached to the PC. The other end of the cable is attached to the Motherboard. I'll attach a pic for reference. Inspect the cable for cuts also. Next look at the Motherboard. There are 4 LEDs that blink in a 1..2..3..4..1..2..3..4.. pattern. They must be blinking in this pattern for communication.
OK, that was the easy part. From there it gets more complicated. It may well be that the Comm Port on the PC is defective. I'll attach a procedure to test the com port.
Let me know if any of these items work. Troubleshooting gets increasing complicated after these tests.
