UC知道电脑开机出问题了请专家指点一下

当开机后电脑会出现下面情况：
Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTSS.
One of your disks needs to be checked for come is tency you
May cancel the disk check but it is strongly recommended
That you continue
Windows will now check the disk
CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 3)
File verification completed
CHKDSK is verifying indexes (stage 2 of 3)
0 parent completed
然后没反应了
C盘也不能整理碎片了
出现这种情况我该如何处理

然后没反应了
C盘也不能整理碎片了

这个是系统自检程序

0 parent completed
这一段的时候看电脑的红色指示灯亮不亮，亮的话只要等等就会过去的 。。。。
等自检完成后，电脑会自动重启^^
实在没办法就重装吧``
用DOS光启盘，运行scandisk/F
试试
可能是你硬盘接口出问题了。常这样子的话建议拿去修理。
你的硬盘出故障了,可能是逻辑坏道,也可能是物理坏道.
物理坏道就没办法了,只能低格一下试试.或者用坏盘分区软件FBDISK(dos下)把坏道隔离.
逻辑坏道就简单了,用分区软件重新分一下区就行了,分区软件有Norton PartitionMagic 8.0,DISKGEN,FDISK等.
