摘要
随着市场经济的发展，工业企业的各种项目投资、大型技术改造以及各种类型的合资项目，每年以惊人的速度递增，给市场注入了巨大的经济活力。然而，很多单位由于缺乏项目评价专业技术人员，忽视了对各种工业投资项目风险的科学预测(主要是指财务指标)，往往对投资项目评价不准确，致使工业投资项目未达到预期的经济效益，以致整个项目下马。要使企业对工业投资项目能达到预期效果，减少不应有的经济损失，科学地对工业投资项目进行经济评价，就显得越来越重要。
本文通过对投资项目财务评价的研究，分析了企业在项目评价方面存在的问题，提出了基于IE的项目评价及风险预测系统，并采用结构化和生命周期相结合的开发方法，以VFP作为开发工具，使用其自带的数据库，进行了系统分析和系统设计以及系统功能模块的开发。
本系统分为基础财务数据管理，辅助报表，基本报表，数据分析和系统管理五大模块。实现了系统的维护；基础数据的维护；报表的生成、打印、查询；财务指标的计算和分析等基本功能。
