这俩个句式有什么区别

第一句it代替students read books in the morning 只是此时句子结构不太好，头重脚轻，一般就用it来代替，然后跟宾语从句，it为形式宾语，真正的宾语是students read books in the morning，important在这里是宾语补语，所以不加is。第二句important为宾语，it为 主语，所以需要加谓语is

第一句it是形式宾语，形式宾语后面不需加is。但如果加上is,此句变成i find it is important...... 也对
第二句是主语丛句，it是形式主语，代指后面that......的内容

第一句话中important是做it的宾补，所以可以不用is，第二句话中it是做主语，所以必须要有个is来做谓语
