摘要：在今日的中国，创业已经成为人们普遍议论的话题。作为二十一世纪主力军的大学生也跃跃欲试，希望能通过自己的创业，成为像比尔•盖茨一样能独领风骚的英雄。可以断言，二十一世纪是一个最注重个人发展的时代，也注定能够成为青年人创业的最佳时机。然而在中国，大学生创业还处在起步阶段，其中还存在诸多的问题需要解决。本文将从大学生创业的优缺点，大学生创业中存在的问题以及如何为大学生创业铺平道路等方面展开探索研究。研究大学生创业问题，有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract : In today's China, entrepreneurship has become a hot topic. As the main force of the 21st century students,we also eagerly hope that through our own entrepreneurship, we can become an outstanding hero like Bill Gates. It can be predicted that the 21st century is an era which puts an emphasis on personal development,and also the best time for young people to establish their own business. However, in China, student entrepreneurship is still in its initial phase in which a lot of problems still need to be resolved. This paper will carry out explorations and researches on the advantages and disadvantages of student entrepreneurship,the problems herein,and how to pave the way for students to establish their own business, which will have important practical significance.
