1.本工程选用的管道材料类别、管道等级代号及意义见PP0002-03，管道等级所输送的物料及适应范围见PP0002-11。
2.管道施工安装时应以管道平、剖面布置图及ISO图为主，与PID相互参照施工。
3.安装时各类阀门应处于关闭状态，阀门的安装高度、阀柄方向按照设计要求。未标明的以便于操作为原则进行安装。

十三． 施工及试压
1.按管线表中工艺管线所示的参数，并参照GB50235的规定进行水压试验及验收。
2. 焊接及热处理要求参照本项目工程规定及GB50236规定。
3.设备机泵安装试车遵照供货厂商及国内有关规定执行。
4.管道安装完成后应进行焊接及焊缝检验，其要求按本项目和HG20225-95中的有关规定；进行强度试验时，试验介质和压力见本项目“管道数据表”，试验方法、要求及吹扫按SH3501-2002中的有关规定。
