In any business, manager and stockholder are both the toppest management. I would say, they're holding all the powers of a enterprise. But,if you asked who is more overpowering,that depends on what issues in the business you are talking about, because they're taking different roles of managing the enterprise or the business. Manager is taking care of the daily issues, and the stockholder judge the strategic plan.Although I truely don't want to say who takes more,however,I wound say stockholder takes more power since you may really want an answer from me.And,never forget there is a truth never been changed that manager is the employee of a stockholder, am I right?
