摘要
近年来，开放式基金在我国迅速发展，大大活跃了我国资本市场。但是，基于开放式基金的一些特性，其存在着较大的风险隐患，而我国也缺乏相应的法律制度对其风险进行规制。因而，建立完善的开放式基金的风险管理制度，为开放式基金健康发展创造良好的制度环境，成为我们亟待研究和解决的课题。
本文主要就当前开放式基金发展现状中出现的风险问题加以研究，分析风险成因，并通过政府、基金管理人、投资者三个角度提出防范风险的措施。
本文共分为四部分，第一部分为概述部分，主要介绍开放式基金的基本知识。第二部分是开放式基金发展现状和存在的风险，主要介绍基金发展热所产生的风险。第三部分是开放式基金风险的防范，主要从三个不同角度提出相应对策。第四部分为总结部分。

Extract
In recent years, Open fund develops rapidly in China, greatly energizing China's capital market. But, due to the characters of open fund, it contains rather high potential risks. Meanwhile, China also lacks the relevant laws and regulations in managing and controling the risks. Therefore, establishing the comprehensive managing regulations of open fund and creating a fine regulation atmosphere for the healthy development of open fund are urgent problems we should study and solve.
The passage mainly studies the risk problems emerging from the recent open fund, analyse the causes of risk and provide the measures of preventing risk from happening in the perspective of government, fund manager and investor.
The passage is divided into four parts. The first part is generalization, mainly introducing the basic knowledge of open fund. The second part is the current development of open fund and its potential risk, mainly introducing the risk generated by hot fund
