tenant和lessee的区别？

没太大区别，lessee多用于法律场合和文件中,tenant比较general一点。另外lessee相对于leaser,tenant相对于landlord

tenant:
One that pays rent to use or occupy land, a building, or other property owned by another.
佃户：支付租金从而使用或占有他人拥有的土地、建筑或其它财产的人
A dweller in a place; an occupant.
居住者，占用者：某地居住者；占有者
Law One who holds or possesses lands, tenements, or sometimes personal property by any kind of title.

lessee
One that holds a lease.
承租户，租户
