20世纪科学技术的发展，创造出两个全面深刻影响人们生活的伟大成果，一个是电视，一个就是网络。电视应如何面对网络带来的影响，网络又应如何与电视结合弥补自身的不足，如何使用这两种媒介更好地进行信息传播？
本文以电视、网络媒介为研究对象，传播媒介的部分理论为基础，利用所掌握的知识与材料，采用对比的方法，对电视、网络媒介进行比较研究，达到使两者最大限度的结合，充分利用它们的优势最有效地传递信息的研究目的。
