UC知道越南信用证

有个越南客户要做信用证，但其他附件条件，不知道有没有问题？
请高手指点？
- Shipment : Within …………… days after receipt of the original Letter of Credit in hand.
- Expiry date : 21 days after shipment date.
- Transhipments : allowed.
- Partial shipment: : not allowed.
Article 4: PAYMENT
100% by Irrevocable L/C at sight in US Dollars in favor of the Seller.
Documents required:
- Full (3/3) sets of original clean on board ocean Bills of Lading marked “Freight prepaid” made out to the order of issuing bank and notify the applicant.
- Fully Signed Commercial Invoice in three (03) originals.
- Packing list in three (03) originals.
- Inspection Certificate issued by the Seller.
- Certificate of Origin issued by The Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in one original and two copies.
- Certificate of Quality issued by The Manufacturer.
- Insurance Policy covering all risks, 110% of invoice value and payable in Vietnam through Vietnam Ins

Article 6: ARBITRATION
The Buyer has the right to request Vinacontrol to inspect the commodity at the destination port within 10 days at his own costs. In case that discrepancy is found in quantity or quality, The Buyer shall log a claim against The Seller within 30 days, Inspection Certificate issued by Vinacontrol will serve as a legal proof for dispute settlement.
这个条款有些问题，因为客户还要最终在目的地检验呢，你看看能不能让客户去掉这条
