我最近新装了一个索尼的dvd刻录光驱，原来的BenQ光驱也没有卸载 也就是说现在我的电脑上有两个光驱 是不是这个原因啊？卸载光驱应该怎么操作？

看上面英文的意思是硬件或软件出了问题，你最近有没有新装硬件或软件？有的话，先拆掉或卸载掉，看是否恢复正常。如果正常，重新正确再装上硬件或软件，如果又出现问题，说明是硬件或软件的问题，到店里看看是不是硬件坏了或不兼容，或软件不兼容，如果是的话只能换个硬件或软件了！
这应该是问题所在，你把BenQ光驱拆掉，只留dvd刻录光驱，如果还有原来光驱的驱动，进安全模式卸载掉重启试试！^_^
肯定是光驱不兼容吧.
先物理卸t TBenQ光驱,然后开机按F8,安t全模式,控制面板,添加删除软件,卸载TBenQ光驱,再开机试试t.
