本系统采用B/S模式，利用ASP编程语言和后台SQL Server 2000数据库系统等开发工具进行设计，共实现了住房出租求租信息网站的信息分类功能，用户管理员登录功能，留言板功能等等
通过本系统能够实现将租房信息统一，并按不同要求归类，让管理员能够对信息和用户进行非常方便并且非常直接的管理，对于用户来说，获取信息也是非常的方便直观，达到了出租求租一体化管理，这也是信息管理发展的最终目标。
