UC知道电脑隔几天就突然蓝屏，重启后又正常了，怎么办

我的电脑是几个月前刚买的，自己完全是个电脑菜鸟．蓝屏后显示了下列信息：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is a new installation , ask your hardware or software mannufacturer for any windows updates you minght need . If problems continue ,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software . Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing . If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components , restart your computer , press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

也许是C盘里的某个系统文件受损或是被删除了，不清楚啊．是不是要系统还原什么的．不太懂啊．能不用安全模式吗．用了也没用啊．因为老是突然蓝屏，做到一半的文件因为没保存而没掉了．帮帮忙．请务必说清楚详细

不过我重装系统后
这个问题就没再出现过

你蓝屏前的东西超过你的显卡要求 反正就是配置不够
别GHOST安装 硬装
