UC知道我电脑出了个问题!谁可以帮忙解决一下呀!

我的电脑最近出现了蓝屏的问题,特别是在运行一些游戏的时候3D类型的游戏时候最容易出现!我怀疑是硬件出现了问题,但是又不知道怎么去检测,他蓝屏的时候会出现一版英文,我又看不懂,朋友说内存可能烂了,我的是单根1G金士顿.
出现的英文是:
A problem has been detected and windows has benn shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the frist time you've seen this stop error screen,restart
your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:check to make sure
any new hardware or software is properly installed.

If problems continus,disable or remove any newly installed hardware

检查病毒
病毒有时会导致Windows蓝屏死机, 因此查杀病毒必不可少. 同时一些木马间谍软件也会引发蓝屏, 所以最好再用相关工具进行扫描检查.
检查BIOS和硬件兼容性
对于新装的电脑经常出现蓝屏问题, 应该检查并升级BIOS到最新版本, 同时关闭其中的内存相关项, 比如:缓存和映射. 另外, 还应该对照微软的硬件兼容列表检查自己的硬件. 还有就是, 如果主板BIOS无法支持大容量硬盘也会导致蓝屏, 需要对其进行升级.
新硬件或新软件冲突
蓝屏是因为安装了新硬件或新软件时开始的吗？
安装最新的系统补丁和Service Pack
有些蓝屏是Windows本身存在缺陷造成的, 应此可通过安装最新的系统补丁和Service Pack来解决.
系统内存有毛病了，一般情况下重做便系统就好了，实在不行，重新分区做系统，做完就好，我碰上N回了
打下补丁试下 如果不行的话那就重新做一下系统
