摘要：本文从我国当前的广播电视的集团化改革入手，针对一些些改革中需要弄清楚并解决的概念以及问题，查阅了大量有关与此的国内外文献资料，在整理的过程中加以汇总、总结、综述。本文一共分为四个大部分，第一部分分析了集团化改革的必要性；第二部分介绍了我国广电集团的发展现状以及管理运行模式；第三部分介绍了今后发展的对策；第四部分结合全文进行了分析。相信读者通过阅读本文，会对中国广播电视集团化改革有了一个初步的认识及自己的思考。

Abstract: This paper proceeds from group reform of China's current radio and television in accordance with some concepts and problems needed to make clear in the development, and refers to abundant relative domestic and foreign literature, and summarizes in the process of arrangement. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part analyzes the need of group reform; The second part introduces development and the management mode of China Radio and Television Group; The third part gives the countermeasures in future development; The fourth part makes a analysis combining the paper. I believe that the readers will have a preliminary understanding and their thoughts on the group reform of radio and television in China after reading this paper.
