碰到个棘手的软件问题

我的电脑装的是vista home basic 前些天装我公司一个软件后，在打印预览时，我装的是虚拟打印机，CutePDF.出现如下显示：
Error opening file.
There are no fields in the file:"T1PrintHeader".

这个PrintHeader指的是什么？
