UC知道贸易合同里面有两段看不懂，恳请高手帮忙翻译下^_^

Clause 2. 1. Provisional Part Payment:
The said Letter of Credit shall be payable by sight against Seller's sight draft for the amount of Ninety eight (98) percent of the value of each respective shipment accompanied by the documents as stipulated in CLAUSE 3. The weight certificate issued by Mitra.S.K Pvt Ltd Goa / IGI Pvt Ltd. shall be the basis for Seller's provisional invoice.
Clause 2. 2. Final Payment:
The balance Two (2) percent under the subject LC due to the Seller after provisional part payment shall be made through the said LC by telegraphic transfer by opening Bank against Seller's final invoice based on CIQ's certificate as provided in CLAUSE 4 and 5 issued within 60 days after completion of discharge in China. Load port certificate of quality will be final if CIQ’s analysis certificate is not carried out within 60 days after completion of discharge. 我来说说大概意思：你交单的发票金额的98%款项作为信用证条件当即支付，就是你只要按照信用证的条款要求交单，他们会付给你98%的款。另外你在做这个收钱的时候必须有Mitra.S.K Pvt Ltd Goa / IGI Pvt Ltd签署的重量证明（我觉得是软条款，可能以后会有收不到钱的情况）
另外一条说的是60天以后你要提供一些繁琐的文件，开证行会给你用电汇的方式帮你支付余下的2%货款
