agree on sth 与agree up sth 有什么区别？
好像说都是在某点上去得一致意见？

agree有一下几种用法
1.agree on/about/with sth.
2.agree with sb. about sth.
3.agree with sb.
你说的agree up sth.还真没见过.

不知道有 agree up sth 的用法。

agree on/about sth: He and I certainly don't agree on everything.

agree with sb/sth: I don't agree with you. // I don't agree with hitting children.
