关于 reason 定语从句的问题

答案是 C 我觉得前面半句 reson 在从句做宾语 所以我首先排除了 A和C 现在答案是C 我不懂了 请高手指教 谢谢

当定语从句表示原因状语时要用连词why
当在句子中作主语或宾语时用that 或者省略
如：
The reason he offered is not acceptable.
The reason why he was late for the class was that he overslept.

the reason was...
所以是A，C
连接词只要有一个就好
所以选C

The reason why ……是“什么的理由”
而后面用that是定语从句
代替那个理由
翻译过来就是：你不告诉我们的原因正是让我们对他生气。
