i bought a digital camera in your shop recently,but when w brought it home, i found scratching at the surface,and the color of a picture taken indoors is abnormal. what the worst is i found i miss the invoice. i went to the shop requests change and return goods ,but the shop assistans take no totice of my requests . as the manager of this shop,i hope you can help me.
