visual stduio 2005 的上传控件？

我使用了visual stduio 2005 的文件上传控件，当文件在2.0M一下时，上传是正确的，当文件比较大，如3.5M 时，则一直上传是失败。请问这是什么原因？
注：我在本机测试也是如此

webconfig设置。
在
<system.web>
</system.web>添加
<httpRuntime executionTimeout="90" maxRequestLength="4000" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="false" />
你的是3.5M那你maxRequestLength就写个大于3500的就可以了。
