UC知道再次问下。。。关于伴随状语选择过去分词还是现在分词方法！

之前问过一次，不过没弄明白答案。

是说判断的根据是看with后面的名词或者动名词 跟后面give的关系，主动就ing，被动就
过去分词。是这样么？ 我开始理解的是：看主句主语跟give的关系。理解错了吧。

find sth doing 在此句中stand 是不及物动词，没有被动形式，所以，用现在分词。
He saw a car waiting outside.
He found a wallet lying on the ground.
He went out with his eyes looking straight.
a light shone 在此句中shine是及物动词,当sth(事物作主语或逻辑主语时，如果动词是及物动词， 谓语或逻辑谓语用被动形式。
又如： He went out of the room with his hands( tied).(逻辑主语)
His hands were tied（主语）
