U盘 无法找到脚本文件“G

我的U盘让同学用过之后就打不开了，打开时提示“无法找到脚本文件G:\autorun.vbs”。只能在地址栏里打开，打开后好多东西都不见了，却多出了一个叫做qesghwc的一个很小的文件，用杀毒软件扫描时可以看到我原来的东西都还在。还有我的C、D、E、F盘都正常。里边是我的毕业论文，我不想弄丢，请大家帮忙想想办法。谢谢了！
我也知道是病毒，但是应该怎么处理啊？

这是中了U盘病毒，估计是rose病毒

解决方法：
手动：
结束rose.exe进程，然后删掉以下文件：各个盘符下的autorun.inf和rose.exe文件（包括自己的U盘等），c:\ windows\system32\run.reg，c:\windows\system32\systemdate.ini(里面记录着删掉 NTDETECT.COM文件的时间)，d:\systemfile.com文件；最后将注册表中HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run下面的dll键值删掉，然后重启即可。

或者在记事本里编写下面的文字，再另存为*.bat（*代表任意文件名），之后双击执行就可以了！
