多少岁半用英文怎么说

举例来说吧：
一岁半：one and half years old
十岁半：ten and half years old
但是，外国人很少这样表达的，若表达七岁半一般为more than seven years old.或者当强调小于某个年龄时，用less than ...years old 或者当强调只不过是某个年龄时用rather than ...years old

我晕，楼上的看清楚了，是多少岁“半”阿！！

举个例子：
5.5-year-old 五岁半
不能那样用half

eg:
Tom2岁半了.

可转换为Tom is two years and a half或Tom is two and a half years old.
