电脑启动出现蓝屏

求救电脑专家：
我的机器最近频繁出现蓝屏，蓝屏文字如下：

在启动时经常出现这样的提示，机器启动不了： disk boot failure insert system disk(机器里面没有塞软盘)

有时如果能启动成功的话，虽然上次是正常关机的，但还会出现检查磁盘的过程。（我的机器装的是windows 2000）
机器里使用的应用程序打开速度也非常慢。
我的机器配置如下（兼容机）：联想P4850主板,内存rambus 64M*2，希捷120G硬盘，GF-2显卡。2002年3月配置。
