UC知道模拟人生2一直困扰我的问题

小女最近在玩模拟人生2的时候，经常出现程序中断的情况，不知道是怎么回事。
有一次机器提示是：Direct3D返回错误。
而这一次则提示为：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damge to your computer.The problem seems to be caused by the following file:nv4_disp.
follow these steps:The device driver got stuck in an infinite loop.This usually indicates problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.
Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates.

玩模拟人生2的时候总是玩玩就程序崩溃了，好郁闷，才玩了10分钟都不到，以前好像还没有这种状况发生，麻烦大师帮我诊断一下，感激不尽！
之前出现这种情况的时候，我试着卸载了原来的游戏，重新装了一次，装完后感觉还挺好的，可最近又不行了，又开始崩溃了。不知道问题出在哪？用的是三星的本本，晕死了！

是否有装物品衣服什么的补丁？如果有的话也许是有坏的文件，全部挪出来在游戏试一试。
或者你的DIX9.0C版本和显卡版本有冲突，重新安装以下就好了。
模拟人生2游戏很大型，有时会出现莫名其妙的问题。某次我里面的小人衣服全部变成字母服装，最后重新安装DIX9.0c才好
初步分析为系统问题所导致了 解决很简单重装系统 但游戏也要重装一次
