如果是这样，显然第一期项目应付款80欧元不包括在内。是吗？如果是这样，我们希望贵方能尽快拨付，我们好尽快结束一期项目的财务工作。
如果不是这样，请问贵方是依据什么方式计算拨付的？
2、电力公司代表团赴意大利签订第二期项目合作协议书，其活动所用费用，从贵方提供的财务预算表看，整个访意活动共计预算160欧元，请问其中贵方所付的费用是20欧元吗？我们在做这几笔帐目时发票请贵方附上。
