pegefile和autorun.inf

电脑中了autorun.inf，附带的还有pegefile文件，autorun.inf文件的运行代码是：

应该怎么删除！因为我只要点击我的电脑它就运行，重启也没办法，开机后还有！文件本身的代码页修改不了请高手们指点，
