有个句子，是这样的，he came to a cabin about two mile up the mountain,关键是下句he had come to get Cal Richards.为什么不是he came to get Cal Richards有什么区别
天,过去完成时不是had done么，并且这个句子明显不是过去完成时
为什么用过去完成时,前一句不是一般过去式么

是过去完成时啦。
had 后面的come 是come came come 过去分词啦
不得不是have to do

had do 有“不得不”的意思

是过去完成时啊
是have done形式啊而不是have do
因为它的过去式是come -came-come
