高手指点，为什么卸载不了Inter Base 6.5?

我在“添加或删除程序”中，卸载Inter Base 6.5，可总是卸载不掉，并且弹出这么一段文字：Uninstall was unable to proceed.Cause:One or more InterBase OS services is currently running.
Please shutdown all InterBase services before proceeding.Your system was not modified.但是我并没有开启Inter Base,望那位高手指点一二。
我电脑上有360了，还是卸载不了，除了重装没有别的办法了吗？？各位高手赶紧指点指点啊

译为;解除安装不能够 proceed.因为一或者较多的 InterBase 操作系统服务现在流动。
请进行前的关门所有的 InterBase 服务。你的系统没被修正。
