关于LLB、LLM 答案满意追加100分

我现在在国内大学读法律本科，想去美国留学。仍然学法律。现在再准备JD似乎有点晚了，准备考虑LLM。但是却不能考资格证.
我已经在国内读过本科了，再考LLB，还能考吗？是什么过程呢？
美国的pre-law又是什么呢～
