英语老师让写一个presentation paper

事情是这样的，老师让写一个参加国际会议的presentation paper，主题为“Chinese Economy：Challenge ahead”，我查找了相关英文网页，发现presentation paper是一种打印纸，只有paper presentation这种说法，但这种格式依托于一篇成型的交流论文并针对这个论文进行的表述。而老师要求不超过十分钟的阅读，明显是要求写讲演稿。愚写了一篇经济建设的得失交上去，没有过关，重写，可是又不能写成专业论文，即无数理模型、无参考文献、无计量实证且还需要表现专业素质，真难啊！！恳请英语高手们帮帮忙，谢过了！愚想知道，presentation paper一般是指什么东东？还有，关于那个会议主题，愚该怎么着手写作？给点建议吧。
