我弟弟在船厂工作，最近他们厂翻译度假去了，日本发了一分英文传真到他们公司，没人会翻译的。于是他求助我。

(1) Generally the thickness shift of upper deck is upward from mould line(construction line).
(2) The plate thickness of cross deck is less than the thickness of deck plate above wing tanks.
(3) When the thickness difference between adjacent deck plates is not small, deck plate sometimes to be set so as to keep upper side flat for the purpose not to remain water in the hollow.
