我想问,为什么这里都用的是过去式,而不是用现在分词?
不是应该是 find sb. doing sth ?

因为都是她过去的动作啊。是i found嘛。

she was seated at the desk even before you came and saw her, so it's past continous.
same with the magazine...

Sitting works as well, because at the instant you saw her, she was 'sitting'..

不能说find sb doing sth 是一个搭配,他其实与see的用法是一样的,发现某人正在做某事
