What we do is that we go to movies, hang out in malls, or sleep over.
Some schools offer Summer schools which allows students to take calsses over the summer and get high school credits.
Lots of people also go on vacations, like travleing, or go on a sports or academic camp, etc.
Some students, for the sake of getting into top colleges do interships or get a job, or they can apply for summer programs in various colleges.
