出现这种现象的可能性比较多，
可以照上面方法试一下：
先看最近有没有安装新的软件硬件，安装是否正确，驱动是否有新的补丁，尝试拆卸或卸载软硬件。
最近是否对bios进行了设置，可以还原bios出厂设置，或检查bios映射并关闭
开机按F8键进安全模式设置。
