我现在听到了三种说法：
1 include是指抽象的，contain是指具体的；
但有一个句子：Her statement contained one or two inaccuracies.
她的陈述有一两处不准确。
可陈述是抽象的~~
2 include是指包含的一部分，contain是指包含的全部；
例句同上，可也不是全部啊~~
3 include包含的东西能分得出来部分，contain分不出来，例如酒精；
但有一句话是：The parcel contains five bars of chocolate
到底应该是什么？好困惑~~

这两个词都有“包括”的的意思，include一般指包括整体中的某一部分，常用
其现在分词形式表示解释性说明。contain既可指包括全部，也可指包括一部
分。例如：
The Chinese diet contains a lot of fruit and vegetables.
中国饮食含有大量的水果和蔬菜。
The list includes my name.
名单上有我的名字。
At least twenty people were killed in the explossion,including two
children.
至少有20个人在爆炸中丧生，其中包括两明儿童。
His school bag contains a lot of books, including a cartoon book.
这句就说明了两者的用法。
contain 是指容器空间里所有东西。
include 是专门挑出其中部分给以强调。

第一种说法准确，include包括条件，contain包括具体事务,此句没有错误, inaccuracies就是具体的
contain:包含\包括\容纳[着重含有]
eg:The hall can contain 500 people
也有控制的意思：She couldn't contain herself for joy
includ :被包含者是整体的一部分
eg:Six were killed includ the boy
