尽管这些手机正在打折，但是它们与那些正价手机一样号，只是没有其他百货公司的贵。
应该用referred
这里是非谓语式，referred 修饰the thief
原句是：i insisted that the thief (which is referred )to be put into prison
即使他们在销售，这些手机的价格对每个人都是一样平等的，还有些价格没他们贵，在一些其他商店.
书上是错的
1.尽管他们在特价销售，但这些手机和那些正价销售的手机在价格方面却是相同的,如果有比这些更贵的，那是在其他的商店
（说实话不很确定- -）
2.insiste有两种含义:坚持要求;坚持认为
insist表达“坚持认为”时，后用陈述语气，不用虚拟语气(should)do；表示“坚持要求做某事”时，用虚拟语气。这句话中表示的意思应该是坚持要求，所以个人认为应该使用原型……
（还是问问老师比较保险吧……）
