1.What can you see on the top of the hill?可不可以是can you see What'S on the top of the hill?

2.Do you know Who he is?还是Do you know Who is he ?

1。两句话意思是不一样的，从语法上来说都没有错，都可以。后者的话，日常口语中用的比较多。“你能看见在山顶上的什么？”“你看得见那山顶上的是什么吗？”
2。前者。
因为who he is是know的宾语从句，省略了that.（do you know that who he is？)
如果直接问一个句子，就是who is he?
但是宾语从句里的要按照陈述句语序——谓语动词在主语后面。

1can you see anything on the top of the hill?
2do you know who he is ?
