关于几个词

power‘力’；用途最广，用于各种身体的、心的
隐藏的、外显的，和strength同义，但暗示能动的意思。如： out of one'spower能力所不及/His power are falling.他的体力在衰退中。
force；指活动的力，是strength所展示出来的力，外部的力；常被作“势力”用。如：the froce of an explosion爆炸力/the social foreces（各种）社会势力
strength“体力”；是内部的能力，是在身体组织内部存在的力。如：the national strength国力/The boy lifted the stone with all his strength.
energy"能量”；指人的精力、体力。如：the energy of one person
另外还有might“力，势力”指强有力的力。如：He tried with all his might to move the heavy rock from the road.

manner方法，样式；较way庄重，意义极广泛，兼有mode,method等的含义。如：in this manner这样/one'smanner of walking某人走路的姿态/a bad manner of holding a pen拙劣的握笔方法

mode方法，方式，模式；通常指一定的、习惯的或独特的manner。如：Chinese mode of thought中国式思维
means 方式、方法；通常指交通运输方式以及用于一些固定搭配。如：by no means
approch方法，方式；通常指抽象意义上的方法，比method的用途更广。如：the approch of work工作方法
