重装操作系统时出现ceneral protection fault

电脑无法启动，重装时出现了ceneral protection fault，就无法在前进，该怎么办啊？

常规内存不足，你是用什么启动盘的？？？重新制一张DOS启动盘。。。
或在启动盘中的config.sys文件中加入
device=c:\windows\himem.sys
device=c:\windows\emm386.exe noems
dos=high,umb
devicehigh=c:\windows\command\drvspace.sys /move
其中文件路径根据你启动盘的路径改动。。。
