绝对正确。意思是：一些人正用他们买来的票子赚钱，他们正在报纸上登广告以他们买来票子价钱的3倍甚至4倍的价格出售。
1.are trying意思是 正在努力……
2.make money意思是 赚钱
3.bought意思是买来；brought意思是拿来
4.three or even four times 意思是 3倍甚至4倍。前者指一半的价格。
5.purchase prise 买来的价格

are trying to;
make;
bought;
were;
three or even four times;
money they sold them for them
我觉得应该是这样的吧.
大体意思应该就是票贩子.
一些人尝试靠贩卖车票赚钱,那些车票被卖出,以他们买入价格的3倍甚至4倍.
