请教美国口语中have gotta...的用法

总是在美国电影电视剧中听到他们说类似于"i've gotta to be a big star"这类的用语，不知道我拼写的对否，听起来像是这样说得。有没有朋友知道这种说法到底怎样拼写、怎样使用？谢谢！
