但受自然条件的限制，该区农业示范园区得不到灌溉，区内人畜饮用水困难，水资源的缺乏，严重制约了当地高效农业和农村经济的发展，给广大人民群众的生产生活带来了很大的困难，寻找可供利用的地下水已迫在眉睫。
本文充分利用前人的资料，对县城－四郎河河谷区的供水意义进行了研究，取得了较好的效果，利用深层地下水实现当地人畜饮用水及灌溉用水的可行性。
