UC知道电脑故障：电脑启动不能进入系统，怎么回事？

我的电脑故障：电脑启动不能进入系统。出现安全模式菜单，但是正常启动、按最后一次正确配置、安全模式都不行，出现黑屏，然后就没反应了。
我试着重装系统，还是不行，有时出现如下提示：An unexpected error(-15989374) occurred at line 1773 in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c

（）中部分有时是0，有时是1348420179等。有一次如下：An unexpected error(0) occurred at line 1768 in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c

有时出现如下提示：

1773是内存错误，如果是两根内存条的话，拔下一根试试。
你的系统文件丢失,无法启动!要是你的系统安装光盘还在,可以设置光盘启动,放入系统盘启动,进入安装程序后,选择恢复安装进行恢复!不需要重新分区.恢复后的系统和以前一样,所有程序都在.
系统问题,见意重装,因为你上一次装的时候很有可能没有给管理员设置密码,那就不好恢复了,还是重装比较好,而且如果要是病毒之类的东东,重装也能搞定,装好之后其他盘用杀毒检查一下就哦了
