答案是：where
因为I'm not sure__这个句子后面要接of或about才能接sth（宾语），which在句中直接作主宾表，不需要介词．而where只能作状语（可以理解为介词加名词）．换句话说，这句话是I'm not sure where to go的省略．

其实这种题用中文也能做出来,翻译成"我也不知道是什么地方"就知道选那个了
which
有范围的两者择一，当然选which
应该是which吧，因为前面是一个选择问，有选择的应用which,无范围的用what或where
这句话缺成分，所以应该用where
应该是which,这是二选一的题目,which比where更合适
